Apple Cider Vinegar has so many benefits but let’s face it taking a shot of it everyday can be a challenge. And it can get pretty pricey at the store to buy those drinks that actually taste good. So instead here are 6 recipes that you can make at home that are budget and health and most importantly taste friendly.

Cucumber Lime

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot of ACV
  • 1/3 of a cucumber
  • slice of lime
  • water

Directions:

In a small glass pour a shot of acv. Then slice up a lime and squeeze the juice of one slice into glass. Cut cucumber it’s slices and add as much as you would like. fill the rest of the glass with water. Let sit for 3-12 hours. Enjoy! Make large batches to enjoy everyday and on the go.

Lemon Lime

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot of ACV
  • Slice of Lime
  • Slice of lemon
  • Water

Directions:

Honey Lemon

  • slice of lemon

  • 1/3 sliced up Ginger

  • Slice of lemon

Ingredients:

5 Ways to Calm a Restless Mind Before Sleep

1. Schedule Time to Address Worries

block off a 15-30 min window during your day to address worries and concerns. Try to find solutions for them or ways to delegate so they no longer are your main concern.

Walk yourself through the imaginary scene thinking of all the worst case situations that can arise. Now do the same thing thinking of all the best case scenarios.

Concentrate on your breath and body. Find all the areas that are tense and breath into those areas allowing them to relax.

5. Read

Give your mind something to focus on that has nothing to do with your current situation. You can also listen to an audio book or podcast.
