Veggie burgers have long ago been something not everyone loved. But if you are looking for an alternative to swap out one of your meat meals with or just want something similar to meat but isn’t, well, this is the perfect recipe for you!
- Pure Protein Meat
First take your meat and season it with salt pepper and any other seasoning you would like such as paprika, oregano, basil, depending on the flavor profile you are going for. Then you are going to form disc shapes with the meat. Add oil to a pan and cook the meat on the stove top until cooked through. Next you are going to cut up the onions and mushrooms and combine into a pan keeping the pieces large and cook until no longer raw. Now you just need to assemble your burger with any dressing you may want like thousand islands then add your raw ingredients of spinach and tomatoes to the brioche bun. Finally add the cooked patties and veggies and enjoy!
