Top Foods with Vitamin D

Vitamin D is a super important vitamin that we can only get three ways: the sun, supplements our or food. While supplements are great we should always try natural means to obtain our daily vitamins. But because of vitamin D’s rarity in natural foods many foods are fortified with vitamin D. You should also be concerned about how much cholesterol, fat, and sugar are hidden in these foods. Sometimes opting for a supplement may just be the best option when you can’t get in any rays of sunshine.
