Cellular Turnover by Age

Celular turnover is the process which old skin cells shed off the surface of the skin to make way for, younger skin cells. These old skin cells are often dry and rough, and can cause acne. As we age our cellular turnover rates slow down, which contributes to the appearance of dull skin and wrinkles.

Teens 14-28 Days

20’s 24-30 Days

30’s- 28-35 Days

40’s 30-42 Days

50’s+ 45-85 Days
